This page has a preset target of 100KB: after upload, the server starts at quality 75 and uses a binary-search strategy to bring the file under 100KB, while keeping the highest quality achievable within that budget. JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, and HEIC are supported, up to 20 images per batch.
If the original is already smaller than 100KB, the file is returned as-is (never enlarged). To go even smaller, lower the image dimensions in settings first; for higher fidelity, switch to a page with a larger target size.
I process dozens of product images for new listings every day. Now I drag the whole batch in, and it compresses and zips everything automatically — main images drop from 800-900KB to around 100KB. Uploading is so much faster.

The application system required photos under 200KB and I could never hit it by tweaking quality myself. The target-size feature took 200 and nailed 199KB on the first try. Submitted successfully.

I convert all illustrations to WebP and compress them — articles load noticeably faster. Batch processing plus format conversion in one step, no more hopping between apps.
